Summer Training Co-Op Credit Opportunity

Colleagues and League Partners,

The attached document provides a detailed outline and FAQs regarding the Ontario Cadet Summer Training Co-op Credit Opportunity offered in Central Region for summer 2016.  Please give widest possible distribution to staff and cadets at all Central Region corps and squadrons, and to their supporting ACOs/ACAs.  Cadets need to initiate the registration process with the school board ASAP once they have accepted an eligible ‘Offer of Participation’, and before the end of June.  Full information and links are included in the 2-page attachment.

League Partners, please feel free to distribute through your lines and/or post this content on your websites.

Thank you all for your assistance in getting the message out to eligible cadets.

Summer Training Application Update

On the original “Summer Training 2016” form where cadets were to submit their selections for summer training opportunities, there were two omissions:

Basic Aviation Course (BAC) – Three week course
Advanced Aviation Course (AAC) – Six week course

Some cadets noticed this and wrote in their selections, which is appreciated. For those who made their selections based solely on what was available on the form and want to alter their selections to include BAC or AAC, please see Capt Palumbo on Wednesday evening.

Please accept my apology for the omission and inconvenience.
