After a busy weekend, we start to quiet down a bit. This is the 2nd last week before we break for the holidays. Our Mess Dinner is next week and will be our last training night of the year.

Mrs Gowans is back and ready to coach you on your speeches. Please come prepared and ready to have some fun.
FSgt Vidal will be running an aviation class. This is a great introduction to anyone considering becoming a pilot later in their cadet career, or if you just have an interest.
2. 126/809 RCACS Mixed Drill Team
Drill Team has been cancelled until the new year. More information to follow as it’s received.
3. 809 Squadron Annual Mess Dinner – Wednesday, December 21
After going virtual for 2020 and 2021, we’re finally able to have our annual Mess Dinner in person. This will be our last parade for 2022 before the holidays Details on timings and location are to follow in a separate email.
This is considered part of your mandatory training and is meant to teach you about the traditions of the Royal Canadian Air Force. It also gives you the opportunity to take part in a social event that centres around the cadets of 809 Squadron.
Dress for the occasion will be C2, which means the following. Please note that name tags are not to be worn.
All attendees must check-in for all in-person activities using the Registration for In-Person Events form.
