It is our chance to kick some NAG sqns to the curb. Volleyball, Handball, Indoor Soccer (!). A day of fun, sports and free food. Bus provided to Dunnville for the day.

MEET THE BUS IN ST. CATHARINES. The bus will be leaving the Lake St. Armouries at 7am for Dunnville. Make sure you are there by 645am. Dress for the day: squadron t-shirt, running shoes, sports shorts. It will be returning to the Lake St Armouries by 5pm.

HEALTH CARD must be on your person (as well as any pertinent medications like an epipen). $5 for sports t-shirt can be given to Capt Jarrell when boarding. He will have the shirts to give to you before the competition starts.

Bring a backpack: water bottle, healthy snack, and something to do in between games.
