Good leaders are needed everywhere: in schools, extra-curricular activities, communities, and the workplace. The skills they will learn will help them from being a leader in a small group at school to going for their first job interview, or making a presentation in their workplace. They will learn skills to become effective communicators in a safe, supportive, and positive environment at our Squadron. These skills will build self-confidence, self-respect, integrity, and much more. The more we give the cadets an opportunity to practice such skills, the closer they are to becoming great leaders within our communities.

Join us on Monday evenings after Drill Team to work on Effective Speaking and prepare for the upcoming competition. This will be your time to learn the skills, write the speeches, and get help.
