Description
The NCO Award for Best Cadet is awarded to the most accomplished cadet as evaluated by the senior NCOs of the squadron.
Nominations
Nominations for this award should be made by senior NCOs based on their observations of cadets. The award will be presented to the cadet who receives the most nominations in the training year. Should there be no nominations, the award will not be presented.
Award
The recipient’s name is engraved on a trophy and the recipient shall receive a keeper plaque.
